Another week in the Canadian Rockies featuring a 6 day backpack of Banff's more remote backcountry. Also a fantastic buckit list day hike. This is my annual visit to the Canadian Rockies so keeping with the tradition and let's go again. This one being a tad off the beaton track as compared to some of the previous well known trails such as Berg Lake, Rockwall and Brazeau Loop plus the Sawback Circuit all of which were stunning in there own ways. BTW the return day to civilization would be Monday July the 28th for anybody considering this adventure due to not getting the start date hoped for. Day hikes and car camping prior are also pushed back a couple days so probably leaving the city on Sunday the 20th or Monday the 21st of July.
