We will spend three days on this Vancouver Island bikepacking trip through the Saanich Peninsula along the Lochside Regional Trail to Victoria where we switch to the Galloping Goose Trail and head westward through Colwood, Metchosin and Sooke to our campsite for 2-nights at the Sooke Potholes. On Day 2, we will do a hike or two around the Potholes area and then, on Day 3, cycle back the way we came to the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal. On days 1 and 3 we will stop along the way for lunch.The total cycling distance on days 1 and 3 will be around 85 km each day.
