Vancouver Playtest

Vancouver Playtest is a welcoming group for testing and developing new board game prototypes (not for showcasing finished games).

You can come just to help test games and share ideas on how to improve them. And you can also bring your own game prototypes (early or late stage) to receive valuable feedback.

If you enjoy getting creative with board game design, come along for fun, feedback, and perhaps meet like minds to collaborate with.

We are supportive and respectful of each other, and reciprocate our time (i.e. we playtest other members' prototypes at least as much as they playtest ours). This is also a place where we show trust to …

We are at the back of the store or in the extra room (accessed rear left of store).The session is split into two halves of 90 mins each (6:00-7:30pm and 7:30-9:00pm). Testing is organised by our event hosts and we do our best to include everyone and test as many prototypes as possible. We hope you will enjoy playing, sharing ideas and helping to develop and inspire new games in a supportive environment.
