For the October long weekend - and my birthday :) - our combined social groups are going to a hot new rooftop bar in Barangaroo called 'Untied'. Untied is not just another rooftop. Everything about Untied is a reflection of modern Australia. Kick back with contemporary dishes, colourful sharing foods, oysters, tropical cocktails or other alcos with a view over Darling Harbour. There will be vibrant background music as well; possibly a DJ.
