Route at this point I45 to Huntsville-visit Texas Prison museum then to Conroe,eat lunch at Mama Juanitas (League Line Road exit) then east/south down to High Island(coast) then to Galveston along coast. Take Port Bolivar Ferry.
Going down Route:
From Balch Springs Quik Trip hit Interstate 20 to Interstate 45 to Huntsville to Conroe.Take 336 loop to 105 East to Cleveland,take 321 south to Dayton,take 146 South to Interstate 10,take interstate 10 east to Winnie,take 124 south to High Island,take US 87 to Ferry then the seawall to Beachfront Palms to check in.
Day Ride to Freeport-second day,ride to Surfside Jetty County Park.
