Hiking: Kelso Mesa Explore one of the remote hidden treasures of the Uncompahgre Plateau! When: TO BE ANNOUNCED (Postponed until cooler weather) Hiking Level: Moderate What to Bring: plenty of food, water, insect repellent and sunscreen for a full day in warm conditions. Trail is not used often and will have brush and other low obstacles that may scratch legs. Consider wearing lightweight pants or gaiters. Be sure to RSVP here!! At 8AM, we'll be meeting at gravel parking area at the junction of Hwy 50 & 141 (the turn off to Gateway) to caravan up to the trailhead. 4-wheel drive vehicles recommended, as dirt roads can get choppy in several …

Delta County Hike/ Happy Hour!

Hiking: Elk Park Trail Happy Hour: Delicious Orchards When: Sunday, July 8th starting at 8AM Hiking Level: Moderate Duration: Hiking, about 4-5 hours. What to Bring: Good hiking boots, plenty of water, lunch/snacks, sun protection. Probably a good idea for long sleeve shirts and Mosquito repellant of some kind.
