Moss Beach Adventure
We’ll be exploring a remote area in the hills by Moss Beach. It will be gradual uphill of 2-3 miles and then a winding trail with short but steep downhills and uphills. We'll hike 3 hours in one direction and then return.
Difficutlty: Advanced
Gear: Camelback and small fanny pack. Good hiking shoes, and 2L of water. Food will be provided.
Parking: Free

Point Reyes Lighthouse Hike
This will be a great and mellow hike, without significant elevation changes. We’ll be crossing creeks, bridges, and various foliage and eating lunch on the beach. Total distance is 12.8 miles.
Note: this is not a real group. It is to demonstrate the look, feel, and functionality of a DownToMeet group
Difficulty: moderate to easy. Endurance for long walking is all you will need as there is very little elevation change.
Nourishment: Pack lunch and a protein bar or two. Bring 1.5 liters of water.
Gear: Camelback and small fanny pack. Comfortable walking shoes.
